Conversations are priority:
In Andorid 11 the notifications get separated into three categories. These's conversation , alerting notifications and silent notifications.
Conversations is for messaging basically so text messages ,Twitter dm's or whatever apps ends up supporting this.
Alerting Notifications is basically standard stuffs that's where you'd have them pile up normally.
Silent notifications are the ones that are persistent happening in background like google now cards , weather updates etc..
These notifications are sloppy at the moment in this beta.
Bubbles :
Bubbles are basically chat heads are being supported for messaging apps.
More useful power button Menu:
When you press and hold the power button , instead of just getting shut down, restart and screenshot , you get all those things plus a shortcut to Google Pay and whatever other cards and boarding passes. Also a bunch of smart home toggle's.
If you don't want you can go into the system settings under power menu and take away the things you don't care about having here.
Dynamic Media Controls :
A little colorized media widget in the top of your quick settings pulldown, it means you have never yo scroll very far to pause whatever music or podcast you're listening . You can also quickly toggle playback devices so if you have headphones, speakers, pared stuff. The colour of the mini player always match the album of music you are listening . You can have more than one open app once but it doesn't support all apps like youtube.
It is an accessibility feature. The best improvement is instead of saying the number corresponding to
what you want to press you can just say the name of the action.
Apps Suggestions :
Android 11 fills unused slots in the bottom row of the home screen with suggested apps which the OS things you might want to use.
Your bottom row apps to be suggestions based on learned behaviour.
Step 1: Long press anywhere on home screen.
Step 2: Go to home screen settings.
Step 3:Go to suggestions and get it on to get the suggested apps at the bottom of your home screen.
Step 4 :
If you wan to block any app from home screen suggestions just click on block and block that particular app.
Auto rotate:
Here is a new feature when you rotate your home screen . You get the below feature
App Switcher:
Now you get an app screenshot at the button , a share button and a select text within the app .
